The search for apples lead the family deep into the hills of Foster, Toora & Fish Creek. Otherwise forgotten & untouched, trees laden with fruit were painstakingly handpicked. The many varitities of wild apples contained in this cider represent a real taste of South Gippsland. A wild fermented dry cider that is entirely unique to the region of South Gippsland.
